Q: How do I buy from your store?

Q: How do I make payment for my order?

A: Yes we can combine the shipments.

 

Q: Can I mix the colors for one item?
A: Yes you only need to add the requirements in the remarks for the order.

 

Q: How long it will take before you ship the item?
A: We normally ship your order within 24-72 hours since receving your payment. For large wholesale orders, it may take longer, please send us message and confirm with us before placing order.

 

Q: How and How long does it take to ship to my address?
A: 1. China Post Air Mail and China Post Air Parcel, delivery time is 15-60 days (Slowly).

   2. EMS, delivery time is 7-10 days (More economic).

   3. DHL & FEXED, delivery time is 7-12 days (Cheaper than EMS, if delivery to area like West Europe, middle East, United States, Canada, Mexico etc. )

Q: Do I need to leave my telephone number for the shipment?
A: Yes You should tell us your telephone number so that it will be easier for the courier to contact you when the parcel arrives your local place. The shipping company may call you if they cannot find your address.

 

Q: Why you cannot sell to our country?
A: Most of our items are free shipping. For some countries, the shipping cost is very high. So you need to contact us to check the actual shipping cost for your country.
