1. Product Overview

The QL-220 food-grade 3D printer is a professional food printing device specially designed for chocolate and various fluid edible materials. Equipped with a high-torque motor drive system, automatic leveling system and full food-grade safety structure, it is widely used in bakery stores, cake decoration, institutional teaching and scientific research institutions. It supports personalized food modeling, custom text printing and artistic pattern production for diverse culinary creations.

2. Product Features

2.1 Wide Material Compatibility & Independent Constant Heating System

This printer supports multiple particle-free fluid edible materials, including 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate, salad dressing, jam and icing paste. The built-in constant temperature heating module stabilizes the fluid state of chocolate for consistent printing performance. Unlike ordinary food 3D printers that require customized consumables, this machine perfectly adapts to standard commercial pure cocoa butter chocolate, with a recommended printing temperature of 32℃ to 34℃.

2.2 Food-Grade Disposable Sterile Syringe Design

The device adopts disposable sterile syringes that fully comply with international food safety standards (5 syringes included as standard). 6. Operation Instructions

6.1 Machine Installation

The machine is pre-assembled before delivery. Users only need to fix the platform steel plate, connect the power supply and complete automatic leveling. The whole installation process takes about 10 minutes for immediate use.

6.2 Material Loading

Fill fluid food materials with a disposable sterile syringe, install the syringe on the extrusion motor, and select the matching nozzle size according to the model details.

6.3 Temperature Setting

Set the heating temperature between 32℃ and 34℃ for pure cocoa butter chocolate (34℃ is recommended). Do not overheat to avoid material deterioration.

6.4 Slicing & Printing

Process STL/OBJ model files via compatible slicing software such as Cura, save the files to the TF card, insert the card into the machine, select the target file and start offline printing.

6.5 Finishing & Cleaning

Remove the finished food model easily from the food-grade mat after printing. Replace with a new disposable syringe when changing materials to keep the machine hygienic.

7. Precautions

  • Only use particle-free fluid edible materials. Solid particles will cause nozzle clogging.
  • Pure cocoa butter chocolate is recommended. Compound chocolate with unstable viscosity is not applicable.
  • Replace a brand-new disposable syringe for different materials to avoid cross-contamination.
  • Do not touch the heating nozzle during operation to prevent scalding injuries.
  • Clean the machine regularly and keep the working environment clean and dry.
  • Cut off the power supply if the machine is not in use for a long time.
